Dreamspeak Introduction to Dreamwork - Tuesday, November 5 - 6 pm - 8 pm
Are your dreams speaking? Would you like them to? Often dreams come to us with important messages from the underworld to help us heal and integrate lost aspects of ourselves, alert us, and spur us on creatively.
We will explore symbols and themes showing up in our dreams individually and collectively based on a method of understanding dreams as taught by Clarissa Pinkola Estés, Jungian therapist and author of the bestselling book Women Who Run With The Wolves. Facilitator Janeen Singer completed two 28 hour intensives studying with Dr. Estés, and Janeen been offering this group for the last year with her community in northern California.
Using an approach that focuses on each individual's unique associations to the content in their dreams, we steer away from explicit interpretations made by other members and support each dreamer in exploring meaning for themselves.
Who is it for? Any woman or queer identified person who is seeking to develop a deeper relationship with their dream-life, even if you don't have one at all! No experience or prior knowledge necessary- simply show up with a willingness to listen to your body and the language of your dreams.
What to bring:
